How long does it take to place and receive an order?
After placing an order, a confirmation email with a list of your purchased products will be sent to your contact email address.
We will process and ship your order within 2-5 business days after receiving the payment. We can only provide an estimated delivery time based on our statistics and past experience. Shipping time depends on a number of factors such as the mode of transportation, efficiency of the postal service, customs clearance, international shipping, etc.

How to store peptides?

Peptides are usually supplied in a lyophilized state (the scientific term for freeze-dried) that keeps them stable for approximately two years while kept at -20¡ãC, outside of the freezer they should be stored in a cool, dry, and location out of direct sunlight to maximise their shelf life, which would be a couple of months. If a freezer is used you would prefer to avoid a ¡°frost-free¡± freezers as these vary their temperature to reduce frost which is not suitable for stable long term storage.

Peptides which are mixed with liquid, such as bacteriostatic water, must be stored refrigerated. You would expect them to last eight weeks if samples are being taken regularly, however they can last up to six months in perfect condions such as consistently refrigerated below 4¡ãC and left unopened.

Packaging

How are the products packed?
All packages are packed in a discreet manner.
On our shipping packages, there is no listing of the name of our organization or any other information that could hint at the pharmaceutical content in each package.
To ensure the best possible delivery success rate, the packaging method is constantly switched.
If your order is too large to fit in one package, you will receive separate package quantities - but still be charged a single shipment handling fee. The size of the packages is always kept to a minimum so as not to arouse unnecessary suspicion.
Out of commitment to the environment, we also reuse cardboard boxes from past orders to pack our products. Therefore, your shipment is more likely to arrive smoothly and discreetly.
We use various shipping points throughout different countries in Europe to send our shipments.

Shipping time

Are shipping delays possible?
Yes, it is possible. We provide you with an approximation of the estimated delivery time based on our statistics and past experience, but it also depends on various external factors such as postal service performance, customs clearance and international transit routes.
Typically, 80-85% of airmails are delivered within 10 days and 15-20% of airmails are delivered within 10 to 15 business days. This difference is due to the service reliability of different postal service providers and not due to any problems with our service.
Customs clearance in the country where the product is exported and customs in the destination country are the main causes of delays. Your tracking code may indicate that your order has not moved for 5 days because of this reason.
The delivery steps include the package's transfer from the local to the national postal service hub, export through the exit port, transfer to the destination country through the international postal service, import (customs clearance) and finally transfer to the local post office in your country before delivery to the final destination.
At each subsequent stage, the delivery time is affected. Even if most of these processes are completed efficiently and on time, one interruption in the delivery chain can delay the next process.
